The bed is very comfortable so I can sleep well! And the location is very good. The environment around the house doesn’t disturb sleep and I can go anywhere in short time from Hongik University St!

The location is awesome! Check in is easy, and the staff responded to emails really quick!

There is no common area, so if you’re expecting to meet other travelers or talk to staff in person, that probably won’t happen.

It was very easy to find with the instructions the website provided. It has pictures and a map to help. The door has a touch screen Samsung key pad which they give you the code for upon your registration. You receive a key for your room when you walk into your room. The rooms are very clean and the beds are SOOOOO comfortable. I LOVED this place especially for the solo travelling I was doing. When I come back to Seoul I will defiantly try and stay here again. The location is perfect because the surrounding neighborhood is so cute. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to wander around

The only issue I had or I could see others having is the downstairs bathroom. Being 5'5'' I had a hard time standing in it. The ceiling was strangely low. Any one taller than me would have an even more difficult time. There is another bathroom down the hall but without the shower. Its manageable for sure, but really the only negative about the place.

Great location in Hongdae (near many restaurants and cafes in Yeonnam-dong). The bed was comfortable and except for the stain on the bedsheet, the room was very clean.

The comfy-1 room has a window to the hallway. There’s no curtain covering it and it’s way too bright. I turned off the lights and could still see everything perfectly (I could have read a book using the light from the hallway. Too loud. Despite signs around the property and in the rooms, the girls on the second floor were loud starting around 11:30 and stayed this way for a few hours.

The rubbish bin was not cleaned, the bathroom had an odour for all durations of our stay.

보통은 사진보다 숙소크기가 작은데 이곳은 넓었어요! 심지어 침대도 거의 퀸이 아니라 킹 사이즈정도로 정말 넓어서 개좋았음. 침구도 좋아!!셀프체크인도 편했고 방안의 구비된 비품이나 기구들도 다 좋았음. 위치도 그 주위에 갈데가 많아서 좋음. 전반적으로 다 쾌적하고 좋았음.

역시 '리뷰에서 언급되는 아쉬운 점은 진실이다'를 다시 한번 느낌. 많이들 이야기한대로 방음은 생각보다 거의 안됐음. 그러나 우리도 늦게 들어오고 시끄러웠으므로 다같이 프리한 분위기가 오히려 좋았음. 그리고 가장 최악은 화장실 1,2층 샤워 부스의 배수구가 치명적으로 구멍이 작아서 조금만 샤워를 해도 막힘.......... <--- 이것은 정말로 개선이 필요해보입니다. 하도 물이 안 빠져서 타일 열어서 직접 살펴봄-_- 정말 구멍이 심각하게 작음.

안락하고 너무 좋았는데 아침이 있는줄은 몰랐네요 ㅎㅎ

샤워기가 고장나있구 슬리퍼가 곰팡이 펴있어서 쪼금 그랬네요 ㅠㅠ

감각적이고 깔끔한 인테리어, 값비싼 소품을 사용하지 않고도 충분히 훌륭한 인테리어를 할 수 있음을 보여주는 객실이었다. 화장실 사용 또한 두 객실 당 하나 꼴이라 그렇게 번잡하지 않았다. 특히 간접조명을 활용한 분위기 연출로 웬만한 호텔(모텔) 부럽지 않았다!!! 나중에 내 방을 그렇게 인테리어하고 싶을 정도로, 인테리어는 가격대비 9/10을 줄 만큼 만족스러웠다.

청결도 부분이 아쉬웠다. 침대보와 화장대에 묻은 자국, 침대 밑 먼지(보려고 본 건 아닌데 우연히 허리를 숙여 봤다가 더 보지 않는 게 정신건강에 좋을 것 같아 더는 굳이 허리를 숙이지 않았다.) 에어컨 날의 때, 바닥에 굴러다니는 머리카락들... 실내화가 없었다면 음.... 특히 화장실이 가관이었다, 환풍구 낀 먼지를 보다 못해 내가 젖은 티슈로 일부 닦아 냈고(일시적 먼지가 아닌 최소 몇개월은 묵혀둔 듯), 세면대 배수구 부분은 일행이 물이 막혀 들어보니 머리카락 뭉텅이가 나왔다고 했다. 심지어 그 욕실은 그날 우리가 제일 먼저 사용했음에도 불구, 바닥의 배수구 부분도 아슬아슬했는데 아니나 다를까 다음날에는 거의 물이 발등까지 잠긴 채 샤워를 해야 했다. 그러나 바닥 배수구 부분은 차마 두려워서 열어보진 못 했다... 만약 이 하우스가 가격이 좀 더 나갔더라면 나는 굉장히 낮은 점수를 부여했겠지만, 나름 저렴한 가격에 묵었기에 감안하더라도 청결도 부분은 조금 많이... 보이는 데만 청소를 했다는 느낌을 지울 수는 없었다.

직원님들 너무 친절하시고 , 숙소 들어가자마자 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 너무 만족스러웠어요 !!:) 위치도 괜찮았어요!다시 갈거에요 !:)
